In the past, social media security services have been thought of as an add-on for marketing managers looking for social media management services – a “Hey would like fries with that?” kind of deal, said Evan Blair COO and VP of Marketing.
“Now it’s not fries with your burger. It’s the cheese on your cheeseburger,” Blair said. “That’s where we’re heading — you can’t, or at least shouldn’t, go about investing this kind of money building a brand in social if it’s not being protected.”
