Details

On June 18, 2022, a recently registered threat actor "300rur" from BreachForum posted a data breach package targeting Turnstiles (turniketov[.]net), a community organization arranging excursions to innovative sites in Moscow. The threat actor noted that the data dump includes 146k lines of user information. The data dump was also circulated in a Telegram channel "Data1eaks | Утечки баз данных" (hxxps[:]//t[.]me/data1eaks/589) on June 16, 2022. From the package shared on BreachForum, ZeroFox extracted 146,573 email addresses. No passwords were found in this breach. Other notable compromised data fields in this package include gender, date of birth, phone number, and passport detail.

Recommendations

  • If not already enabled, turn on the compromised credentials rule for all relevant entities and ensure relevant emails are entered for those entities, or reach out to [email protected] for assistance
  • If one of your entities receives an alert, ZeroFox recommends immediate password changes for the affected account
  • Enable 2-factor authentication for all of your organizational accounts to help mitigate phishing and credential stuffing attacks
