Key Findings

Israel’s military activity in the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire ended with Hamas has been concentrated on southern Gaza.
While Israel’s level of military activity since the ceasefire is about the same as it was pre-ceasefire, the casualty numbers are significantly higher because southern Gaza has absorbed most of the population displaced from northern Gaza.
